Georgia High School Softball - North Paulding bounces Cherokee
August 27, 2024: Canton, GA 30114 The North Paulding Wolfpack softball team scored 10 runs and held the host Cherokee Warriors to 1 in the Wolfpack league win on Tuesday.
The Wolfpack now sport a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Marietta for a 6A Region 5 battle on Thursday, August 29. North Paulding will encounter a Blue Devils team coming off a 13-1 non-league loss to Hiram (Hiram, GA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 0-11.
With the loss, Cherokee moves to 6-7 on the season. The Warriors travel to Wheeler (Marietta, GA) to encounter the Wildcats in a 6A Region 5 battle on Thursday, August 29. The Wildcats come into the battle with a record of 5-7. Wheeler lost 10-0 in their recent league battle against North Cobb (Kennesaw, GA)
