Georgia High School Softball - South Paulding bounces New Manchester
August 27, 2024: Douglasville, GA 30134 In Tuesday's league match, the host South Paulding Spartans softball team scored a nice 19-1 win over the New Manchester Jaguar.
The Spartans (5-5) will now prepare for their match against East Paulding (Dallas, GA). The Raiders come into the 5A Region 5 match with a 11-3 record. In their last match, East Paulding notched a victory over Rome (Rome, GA), 19-0, in a league match.
In their next game, the Jaguar battle the Lithia Springs Lions (Lithia Springs, GA) in a 5A Region 5 match, on Thursday, August 29. New Manchester will attempt to better on its 1-7 season record. The Lions come into the match with a 0-7 record after their 15-3 league loss to Villa Rica (Villa Rica, GA).
