North Carolina High School Volleyball - Seventy-First over South View

August 27, 2024: Fayetteville, NC 28304

In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Seventy-First Falcons volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the South View Tigers.

The Falcons (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Gray's Creek (Hope Mills, NC). The Bears come into the United Eight 3A/4A challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Gray's Creek beat Purnell Swett (Pembroke, NC), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Tigers meet the Douglas Byrd Eagles (Fayetteville, NC) in a United Eight 3A/4A challenge, on Thursday, August 29. South View will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to E.E. Smith (Fayetteville, NC).
