With the win, West Lyon advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Wildcats host Akron-Westfield (Akron, IA) to face the Westerners in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 27. The Westerners go into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Falcons now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gehlen Catholic for a test on Thursday, September 5.
