Michigan High School Soccer - Grant knocks off Tri County Area
August 27, 2025: Grant, MI 49327 Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Grant Tigers (Grant, MI) and the visiting Tri County Area Vikings (Howard City, MI), saw Grant's soccer squad triumph over Tri County Area by a count of 7-2.
The Tigers (5-1) will now prepare for their battle against Pentwater (Pentwater, MI). The Falcons enter the non-league battle with a 1-4 record. In their last battle, Pentwater tipped Benzie Central (Benzonia, MI), 5-4, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Vikings battle the Newaygo Lions (Newaygo, MI) in a Freelance battle, on Wednesday, September 3. Tri County Area will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Lions come into the match with a 2-1 record after their 1-1 league Lakeview (Lakeview, MI).
