North Carolina High School Soccer - Graham knocks off Bartlett Yancey
August 28, 2023: Yanceyville, NC 27379 Graham Red Devils (Graham, NC) backers left the game content Monday as they witnessed their soccer squad triumph over the host Bartlett Yancey Buccaneers (Yanceyville, NC), 6-0 in a league battle.
The Red Devils (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Seaforth (Pittsboro, NC). The Hawks go into the Mid-Carolina 1A/2A battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, Seaforth was overwhelmed by Cedar Ridge (Hillsborough, NC), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.
The Buccaneers now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Cummings for a Mid-Carolina 1A/2A challenge on Wednesday, August 30. Bartlett Yancey will face a Cavaliers team coming off a 9-2 league loss to Jordan-Matthews (Siler City, NC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 0-1.
