Oklahoma High School Softball - Afton bounces Ketchum
August 28, 2023: Ketchum, OK 74349 Afton Eagles (Afton, OK) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Ketchum Warriors (Ketchum, OK), 16-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host Wyandotte for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 29. Afton will battle a Bears squad coming off a 12-1 league win over Commerce (Commerce, OK). The Bears record now stands at 15-7.
With the loss, Ketchum falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Warriors host Commerce (Commerce, OK) to battle the Tigers in a 2A challenge on Tuesday, August 29. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 4-7. Commerce lost 12-1 in their recent league challenge against Wyandotte (Wyandotte, OK)
