August 28, 2024: Raleigh, NC 27613 Heritage Huskies (Wake Forest, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Leesville Road Pride (Raleigh, NC), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Heritage improves its record to 6-2 on the season. The Huskies host Broughton (Raleigh, NC) to face the Capitals in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 3. The Capitals go into the test with a record of 4-2. Broughton won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against East Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill, NC)
The Pride now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rolesville for a non-league test on Thursday, August 29. Leesville Road will face a Rams squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Corinth Holders (Wendell, NC). The Rams record now stands at 3-3.
