Michigan High School Volleyball - Gwinn overwhelmed by Houghton
August 28, 2024: Gwinn, MI 49841 Houghton Gremlins (Houghton, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Gwinn Modeltowners (Gwinn, MI), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Houghton improves its record to 3-1 on the season. The Gremlins travel to D.C. Everest (Schofield, WI) to face the Evergreens in a non-league test on Friday, August 30. The Evergreens go into the test with a record of 1-1.
The Modeltowners now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Superior Central for a non-league test on Wednesday, August 28. Gwinn will face a Cougars squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Gwinn (Gwinn, MI). The Cougars record now stands at 2-2.
