September 14, 2024: Hancock, MI 49930 Hancock Bulldogs (Hancock, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Gwinn Modeltowners (Gwinn, MI), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Hancock improves its record to 5-2 on the season. The Bulldogs host Forest Park (Crystal Falls, MI) to face the Trojans in a non-league test on Saturday, September 14. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 7-1. Forest Park won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against North Central (Powers, MI)
The Modeltowners now own a 0-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Manistique for a Mid-Peninsula test on Tuesday, September 17. Gwinn will face a Emeralds squad coming off a 1-1 non-league St.Ignace (St. Ignace, MI). The Emeralds record now stands at 3-6.
