August 28, 2025: Statesville, NC 28625 Hickory Red Tornadoes (Hickory, NC) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host West Iredell Warriors (Statesville, NC), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Hickory advances its record to 3-4 on the season. The Red Tornadoes travel to East Lincoln (Denver, NC) to face the Mustangs in a non-league game on Tuesday, September 2. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 3-4. East Lincoln lost 2-0 in their recent league game against Foard (Newton, NC)
The Warriors (1-5) will now prepare for their outing against Newton-Conover (Newton, NC). The Red Devils come into the non-league outing with a 0-6 record.
