In Thursday's non-league match, the Tri-Valley Bulldogs (Hegins, PA) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Shenandoah Valley Blue Devils (Shenandoah, PA), by a count of 2-0.

Next up, the Bulldogs battle the Nativity BVM Green Wave (Pottsville, PA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, September 2. Tri-Valley will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record.

With the loss, Shenandoah Valley drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Blue devils travel to Mahanoy Area (Mahanoy City, PA) to clash with the Golden Bears in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 30. The Golden Bears come into the bout with a record of 0-0.
