Florida High School Volleyball - Dixie County tips Bell

Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Dixie County Bears (Cross City, FL) and the host Bell Bulldogs (Bell, FL), observed Dixie County's volleyball team hold off Bell by a count of 3-2.

The Bears (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against Williston (Williston, FL). The Red Devils go into the non-league battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, Williston was edged by Lafayette (Mayo, FL), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

The Bulldogs now own a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort White for a Rural - Region 3 District 6 battle on Tuesday, September 2. Bell will encounter a Indians squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Hamilton County (Jasper, FL). The Indians record now stands at 3-3.
