Geneva Eagles (Boerne, TX) backers were pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting SA Saints Saints (San Antonio, TX), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Eagles (4-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Johnson City (Johnson City, TX). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 13-8 record. In their last challenge, Johnson City beat Marion (Marion, TX), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Saints play the New Braunfels Christian Academy Wildcats (New Braunfels, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 29. SA Saints will attempt to upgrade on its 11-5 season record.
