Texas High School Volleyball - Valley Mills can't get by Valor Preparatory Academy
August 28, 2025: Valley Mills, TX 76689 Valor Preparatory Academy Knights (Waco, TX) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Valley Mills Eagles (Valley Mills, TX), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Valor Preparatory Academy advances its record to 13-7 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Leon (Jewett, TX) to play the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Thursday, August 28. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 11-4. Leon lost 3-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Fairfield (Fairfield, TX)
Next, the Eagles play the Wortham Bulldogs (Wortham, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 29. Valley Mills will attempt to advance on its 1-6 season record. The Bulldogs go into the test with a 2-8 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Odessa (Odessa, TX).
