The East Rowan Mustangs (Salisbury, NC) volleyball overcame the visiting Central Cabarrus Vikings (Concord, NC), 3-0 in Monday's league outing.

With the win, East Rowan upgrades its record to 7-0 on the year. The Mustangs host Carson (China Grove, NC) to play the Cougars in a South Piedmont 3A outing on Wednesday, August 31. The Cougars go into the outing with a record of 7-1. Carson won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC)
