August 29, 2024: Clarksdale, MS 38614 Clarksdale Wildcats (Clarksdale, MS) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Coahoma County Red Panthers (Clarksdale, MS), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Clarksdale advances its record to 7-0 on the season. The Wildcats travel to North Side (Shelby, MS) to face the Gators in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 3. The Gators go into the test with a record of 0-7. North Side lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against West Bolivar (Rosedale, MS)
The Red Panthers now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Panola for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 3. Coahoma County will face a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Water Valley (Water Valley, MS). The Cougars record now stands at 5-3.
