In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Riviera Prep Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Palmer Trinity Falcons.

The Bulldogs (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Divine Savior Academy (Doral, FL). The Sharks enter the non-league challenge with a 4-0 record.

Next, the Falcons meet the Mater Bay Academy Rays (Cutler Bay, FL) in a challenge, on Friday, August 30. Palmer Trinity will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Rays enter the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Somerset College Prepartory Academy South (Miami, FL).
