Nevada High School Volleyball - Las Vegas over Basic

In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Las Vegas Wildcats volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Basic Wolves.

The Wildcats (9-6) will now prepare for their test against Coronado (Henderson, NV). The Cougars go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Coronado went down by Faith Lutheran (Las Vegas, NV), 3-1, in a non-league test.

The Wolves now sport a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Del Sol for a 4A Southern - Lake test on Tuesday, September 2. Basic will play a Dragons team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Valley (Las Vegas, NV). The Dragons record now stands at 3-8.
