August 29, 2025: La Joya, TX 78560 The Raymondville Bearkats topped the host La Joya Coyotes volleyball team by a tally of 2-0 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Bearkats now have a 2-5 record. They play next when they host IDEA Frontier College Prep for a 3A Region IV District 32 outing on Tuesday, September 2. Raymondville will play a team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Harvest Christian (Edinburg, TX). The record now stands at 6-7.
With the loss, La Joya drops to 5-7 on the campaign. The Coyotes travel to Veterans Memorial (Brownsville, TX) to play the Chargers in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 2. The Chargers come into the outing with a record of 11-10. Veterans Memorial lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Pioneer (Mission, TX)
