Pennsylvania High School Football - Blue Mountain beat Southern Lehigh

The Blue Mountain Eagles football squad scored 32 points and limited the visiting Southern Lehigh Spartans to 20 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jim Thorpe for a non-league test on Friday, September 6. Blue Mountain will clash with a Olympians squad coming off a 48-7 league loss to Pottsville (Pottsville, PA). The Olympians record now stands at 1-1.

With the defeat, Southern Lehigh drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Spartans host Lehighton (Lehighton, PA) to clash with the Indians in a Colonial-Schuylkill - A test on Friday, September 6. The Indians come into the test with a record of 1-1. Lehighton won 33-7 in their recent league test against Bangor (Bangor, PA)
