Pennsylvania High School Football - General McLane over Harbor Creek

The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the General McLane Lancers (Edinboro, PA) and the visiting Harbor Creek Huskies (Harborcreek, PA), witnessed General McLane's football squad knock off Harbor Creek by a tally of 47-19.

The Lancers (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Oil City (Oil City, PA). The Oilers enter the District 10 Region 6 contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Oil City gained a win over Mercyhurst Prep (Erie, PA), 29-13, in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Huskies battle the North East Grape Pickers (North East, PA) in a District 10 Region 5 contest, on Friday, September 6. Harbor Creek will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Grape Pickers enter the contest with a 0-2 record after their 32-19 non-league loss to Seneca (Erie, PA).
