In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Apple Springs Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Leggett Pirates.

The Eagles (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Burkeville (Burkeville, TX). The Mustangs enter the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Burkeville was beaten by Colmesneil (Colmesneil, TX), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.
