The Roane County Raiders football squad scored 67 points and limited the visiting Greenbrier West Cavaliers to 16 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Raiders now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Clay County for a Little Kanawha game on Friday, September 12.

The Cavaliers (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Summers County (Hinton, WV). The Bobcats enter the Coalfield AA game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Summers County was ripped by PikeView (Princeton, WV), 50-8, in a league game.
