In Saturday's non-league test, the host Blue Eye Bulldogs volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Couch Indians.

With the win, Blue Eye improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Exeter (Exeter, MO) to face the Tigers in a Class 1 District 9 test on Thursday, September 4. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Indians now own a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eminence for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 2. Couch will meet a Redwings team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Ellington (Ellington, MO). The Redwings record now stands at 0-1.
