Texas High School Volleyball - Temple can't hold off Chaparral
August 30, 2025: Temple, TX 76504 In Saturday's non-league bout, the Chaparral Bobcats (Killeen, TX) volleyball team held off the host Temple Wildcats (Temple, TX), by a margin of 2-1.
The Bobcats now possess a 10-14 record. They play next when they host East View for a non-league match on Tuesday, September 2. Chaparral will battle a Patriots squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Copperas Cove (Copperas Cove, TX). The Patriots record now stands at 13-15.
The Wildcats (8-21) will now prepare for their battle against Caldwell (Caldwell, TX). The Hornets go into the non-league battle with a 9-17 record. In their last battle, Caldwell was edged by Sachse (Sachse, TX), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
