California High School Volleyball - Yosemite edged by Hoover

August 30, 2025: Fresno, CA 93710

Hoover Patriots (Fresno, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Yosemite Badgers (Oakhurst, CA), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Patriots (11-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Tulare Union (Tulare, CA). The The Tribe enter the non-league challenge with a 2-7 record.

Next, the Badgers meet the Torres Toros (Madera, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 3. Yosemite will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record.
