Indiana High School Volleyball - Northeastern can't hold off Muncie Central

In Saturday's non-league match, the Muncie Central Bearcats (Muncie, IN) volleyball squad tipped the host Northeastern Knights (Fountain City, IN), by a count of 2-1.

Next up, the Bearcats confront the Cowan Blackhawks (Muncie, IN) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 2. Muncie Central will attempt to move on its 6-5 season record. The Blackhawks enter the match with a 3-6 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Frankton (Frankton, IN).

With the loss, Northeastern drops to 4-2 on the campaign. The Knights host Richmond (Richmond, IN) to clash with the Red Devils in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 2.
