Nevada High School Volleyball - Palo Verde tips Shadow Ridge

The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Palo Verde Panthers (Las Vegas, NV) and the visiting Shadow Ridge Mustangs (Las Vegas, NV), saw Palo Verde's volleyball squad hold off Shadow Ridge by a count of 2-1.

The Panthers (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Coronado (Henderson, NV). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Coronado got by Basic (Henderson, NV), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Mustangs encounter the Spring Valley Grizzlies (Las Vegas, NV) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, August 30. Shadow Ridge will attempt to improve on its 13-4 season record. The Grizzlies go into the battle with a 2-2 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Cimarron-Memorial (Las Vegas, NV).
