The Sylmar Spartans volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Van Nuys Wolves to 1 in the Spartans league victory on Wednesday.

The Spartans now have a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eagle Rock for a non-league game on Thursday, September 1. Sylmar will confront a Eagles team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Cleveland (Reseda, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-4.
