Texas High School Football - George Ranch victorious over Katy Taylor

The George Ranch Longhorns (Richmond, TX) football overcame the host Katy Taylor Mustangs (Katy, TX), 41-15 in Thursday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Longhorns clash with the Fort Bend Clements Rangers (Sugar Land, TX) in a 6A Region III District 20 bout, on Friday, September 8. George Ranch will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Rangers enter the bout with a 1-1 record after their 57-21 non-league loss to Fulshear (Fulshear, TX).

The Mustangs (0-2) will now prepare for their bout against Cinco Ranch (Katy, TX). The Cougars enter the 6A Region III District 19 bout with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Cinco Ranch was toppled by Klein Oak (Spring, TX), 35-6, in a non-league bout.
