Wisconsin High School Soccer - Kimberly knocks off Appleton West
August 31, 2023: Kimberly, WI 54136 Kimberly Papermakers (Kimberly, WI) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Appleton West Terrors (Appleton, WI), 5-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Papermakers confront the Hortonville Polar Bears (Hortonville, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 5. Kimberly will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Polar Bears enter the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 1-1 non-league Neenah (Neenah, WI).
The Terrors now possess a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Kaukauna for a Fox Valley challenge on Tuesday, September 5. Appleton West will confront a Galloping Ghosts team coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Ashwaubenon (Green Bay, WI). The Galloping Ghosts record now stands at 2-2.
