August 31, 2023: Altus, OK 73521 Altus Bulldogs (Altus, OK) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Elgin Owls (Elgin, OK), 3-2 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Snyder Cyclones (Snyder, OK) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 5. Altus will attempt to advance on its 8-2 season record. The Cyclones come into the match with a 7-2 record after their 3-0 league win over Cement (Cement, OK).
With the loss, Elgin drops to 3-7 on the campaign. The Owls host Chickasha (Chickasha, OK) to clash with the Fighting Chicks in a non-league match on Thursday, September 14. The Fighting Chicks come into the match with a record of 3-9.
