August 31, 2023: Earlham, IA 50072 Earlham Cardinals (Earlham, IA) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Coon Rapids-Bayard Crusaders (Coon Rapids, IA), 3-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Cardinals clash with the Des Moines Christian Lions (Des Moines, IA) in a West Central match, on Tuesday, September 5. Earlham will attempt to advance on its 6-3 season record. The Lions come into the match with a 4-3 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Dike-New Hartford (Dike, IA).
With the loss, Coon Rapids-Bayard drops to 3-5 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Ogden (Ogden, IA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Saturday, September 2. The Bulldogs come into the match with a record of 0-2.
