Next, the Patriots play the Cedar Shoals Jaguars (Athens, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 8. Oglethorpe County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-0 season record. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 16-0 non-league loss to Athens Christian (Athens, GA).
The Tigers (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Evans (Evans, GA). The Knights enter the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Evans was nudged by Glascock County (Gibson, GA), 13-11, in a non-league challenge.
