South Gwinnett Comets (Snellville, GA) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Morrow Mustangs (Morrow, GA), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, South Gwinnett improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Comets travel to Cherokee Bluff (Flowery Branch, GA) to face the Bears in a non-league test on Saturday, August 9. The Bears go into the test with a record of 2-1. Cherokee Bluff lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against East Forsyth (Gainesville, GA)

The Mustangs now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jackson for a non-league test on Monday, August 11.
