The Morrow Mustangs volleyball squad (Morrow, GA), was edged 3-2 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Woodland Wolfpack (Stockbridge, GA)

With the win, Woodland improves its record to 12-6 on the season. The Wolfpack travel to Jones County (Gray, GA) to battle the Greyhounds in a 4A Area 2 contest on Tuesday, September 9. The Greyhounds enter the contest with a record of 9-8. Jones County won 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Warner Robins (Warner Robins, GA)

In their next game, the Mustangs encounter the McIntosh Chiefs (Peachtree City, GA) in a 5A Area 3 contest, on Tuesday, September 9. Morrow will attempt to upgrade on its 12-5 season record. The Chiefs enter the contest with a 9-6 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Westminster (Atlanta, GA).
