August 7, 2025: Forest, MS 39074 The Morton Panthers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Scott Central Rebels to 2 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Panthers now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Ethel for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 9. Morton will play a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over East Webster (Maben, MS). The Tigers record now stands at 2-0.
With the loss, Scott Central drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Rebels host Raleigh (Raleigh, MS) to play the Lions in a non-league outing on Monday, August 11. The Lions come into the outing with a record of 2-1. Raleigh won 3-2 in their recent non-league outing against Mendenhall (Mendenhall, MS)
