Central Tigers (Little Rock, AR) backers left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting North Little Rock Charging Wildcats (North Little Rock, AR), 3-2 in a league match.

Next up, the Tigers battle the Baptist Prep Eagles (Little Rock, AR) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 6. Central will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 15-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Pulaski Academy (Little Rock, AR).

With the loss, North Little Rock drops to 4-4 on the campaign. The Charging wildcats travel to Conway (Conway, AR) to battle the Wampus Cats in a 6A Central match on Tuesday, September 6.
