In Thursday's non-league game, the host Madera South Stallions volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Madera Coyotes.

The Stallions now have a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sunnyside for a CMAC/NYL game on Tuesday, September 6. Madera South will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Sanger West (Fresno, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-4.

The Coyotes (6-7) will now prepare for their game against Reedley (Reedley, CA). The Pirates enter the non-league game with a 4-2 record.
