The Highland Springs Springers football squad scored 41 points and restricted the visiting Manchester Lancers to 35 in the Springers non-league victory on Friday.

The Springers now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maury for a non-league battle on Friday, September 8. Highland Springs will face a Commodores squad coming off a 34-14 non-league win over Wise (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Commodores record now stands at 1-0.
