Indiana High School Volleyball - Southern Wells overwhelmed by Winchester Community
September 10, 2022: Poneto, IN 46781 In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Winchester Community Golden Falcons volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Southern Wells Raiders.
The Golden Falcons (11-5) will now prepare for their battle against Blue River Valley (Mt. Summit, IN). The Vikings come into the non-league battle with a 5-5 record. In their last battle, Blue River Valley defeated Shenandoah (Middletown, IN), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Raiders encounter the Blackford Bruins (Hartford City, IN) in a non-league battle, on Monday, September 12. Southern Wells will attempt to improve on its 4-8 season record. The Bruins enter the test with a 8-13 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Hagerstown (Hagerstown, IN).
