With the triumph, Westfield School improves its record to 9-5 on the year. The Hornets host Strong Rock Christian (Locust Grove, GA) to face the Patriots in a GIAA Class AAA & AAAA District 5 contest on Thursday, September 12. The Patriots enter the contest with a record of 8-9. Strong Rock Christian won 4-2 in their recent league contest against Calvary Christian (Columbus, GA)
The Lions now hold a 6-11 record. They play next when they travel to Bethlehem Christian Academy for a GIAA Class AAA & AAAA District 4 contest on Wednesday, September 11. Loganville Christian Academy will face a Knights squad coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to Providence Christian Academy (Lilburn, GA). The Knights record now stands at 6-6.
