Georgia High School Volleyball - Banks County over Commerce

In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Banks County Leopards volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Commerce Tigers.

The Leopards (12-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Elbert County (Elberton, GA). The Blue Devils come into the 1A Area 8 challenge with a 5-11 record. In their last challenge, Elbert County was beaten by Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy (Winder, GA), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Tigers meet the Oglethorpe County Patriots (Lexington, GA) in a 1A Area 8 challenge, on Thursday, September 12. Commerce will attempt to upgrade on its 7-15 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 10-5 record after their 2-0 league win over Elbert County (Elberton, GA).
