Central Rockets (Burlington, IL) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting McHenry Warriors (McHenry, IL), 2-0 in a league test.

With the win, Central improves its record to 5-1 on the season. The Rockets travel to Jacobs (Algonquin, IL) to face the Golden Eagles in a Fox Valley test on Thursday, September 12. The Golden Eagles go into the test with a record of 4-6. Jacobs lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Dundee-Crown (Carpentersville, IL)

The Warriors now own a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Crystal Lake Central for a Fox Valley test on Thursday, September 12. McHenry will face a Tigers squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Crystal Lake South (Crystal Lake, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 9-2.
