September 10, 2025: Raleigh, NC 27605 The Research Triangle Raptors edged the host Raleigh Charter Phoenix soccer team by a tally of 1-0 in Wednesday's league game.
Next, the Raptors face the Hillside Hornets (Durham, NC) in a non-league game, on Monday, September 15. Research Triangle will attempt to advance on its 4-1 season record. The Hornets go into the bout with a 2-7 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to Ashley (Wilmington, NC).
With the loss, Raleigh Charter moves to 4-4 on the year. The Phoenix travel to Voyager Academy (Durham, NC) to encounter the Vikings in a Diamond Nine 1A/2A/3A challenge on Monday, September 15. The Vikings go into the challenge with a record of 4-3.
