In Wednesday's non-league match, the Blue Valley North Mustangs (Overland Park, KS) volleyball squad got by the visiting Lansing Lions (Lansing, KS), by a score of 2-1.

With the win, Blue Valley North improves its record to 3-3 on the season. The Mustangs host Notre Dame de Sion (Kansas City, MO) to encounter the Storm in a non-league battle on Wednesday, September 10. The Storm go into the battle with a record of 4-8. Notre Dame de Sion won 3-0 in their recent league battle against Warrensburg (Warrensburg, MO)
