Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Blue Valley North Mustangs (Overland Park, KS) and the host Bishop Miege Stags (Shawnee Mission, KS), saw Blue Valley North's volleyball squad nudge Bishop Miege by a score of 2-1.

With the win, Blue Valley North improves its record to 10-6 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Lafayette (Wildwood, MO) to encounter the Lancers in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 20. The Lancers go into the battle with a record of 14-0. Lafayette won 3-0 in their recent league battle against Kirkwood (Kirkwood, MO)
