California High School Volleyball - Venice over San Pedro
September 10, 2025: Los Angeles, CA 90066 Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Venice Gondoliers (Los Angeles, CA) and the visiting San Pedro Pirates (San Pedro, CA), saw Venice's volleyball squad notch a victory over San Pedro by a score of 3-0.
With the win, Venice improves its record to 12-2 on the season. The Gondoliers host Los Angeles CES (Los Angeles, CA) to encounter the Unicorns in a Western battle on Thursday, September 11. The Unicorns go into the battle with a record of 5-4. Los Angeles CES lost 1-0 in their recent non-league battle against Eagle Rock (Los Angeles, CA)
The Pirates now own a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gahr for a non-league battle on Friday, September 12. San Pedro will battle a Gladiators team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to La Serna (Whittier, CA). The Gladiators record now stands at 10-6.
