September 11, 2024: Chesapeake, VA 23322 The Hickory Hawks topped the visiting King's Fork Bulldogs volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Hawks face the Grafton Clippers (Yorktown, VA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 14. Hickory will attempt to advance on its 5-0 season record. The Clippers go into the game with a 5-1 record after their 2-0 league win over Warhill (Williamsburg, VA).
The Bulldogs (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Western Branch (Chesapeake, VA). The Bruins go into the non-league game with a 3-3 record. In their last game, Western Branch went down by Lakeland (Suffolk, VA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
